Welcome to nosh, where our story begins with Chef Natalie's vision to redefine dining experiences in Sheboygan and Manitowoc. When Chef Natalie embarked on this culinary journey, her passion was clear: introducing the community to new palates and dining adventures, all while keeping comfort at the core.

Chef Natalie's commitment to innovation and flavor is evident in every dish. Her goal was simple yet profound—to elevate the local culinary scene by offering a diverse range of flavors that awaken the taste buds and create memorable dining moments. The idea was not just to provide a meal but to craft an experience that resonates with the vibrant communities in Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties. Customers can choose from private dining experiences, meal plans, event catering, and even charcuterie services. 

Chef Natalie believes that great dining experiences should be customizable. At nosh, we offer a diverse range of flavors and experiences, allowing you to tailor your culinary journey. Example menus and offerings are available but dishes change seasonally, ideas and suggestions are welcome, and Chef Natalie is always cooking up something new. 

Our commercial kitchen is located at Highland Lodge in Cleveland, WI. All booking inquiries and initial consultations are online but an in-person meeting space can be secured if requested.

About Chef
Natalie Meiselwitz

CEO and Head Chef 

Chef Natalie has been in the restaurant industry for a decade and has worked in a professional kitchen for five years. She was Sous-chef for two years and head chef for one year at one of Sheboygan's best-voted restaurants. Now, she has ventured away from traditional kitchens to create nosh, a customizable catering company and hub for culinary creativity and exquisite customer service.
